    Companies must show opportunities for growth (documented), either in existing markets or       new markets

    Working capital, infrastructure, equipment or inventory, minimum replacement rate debt or for      mergers or acquisitions

    Well-structuredbusiness plan and 5 to 10 year proforma of financial statements

   Companies with excellent management support and driven fullyby people enjoying excellent      reputation in the industry
